Initial Discovery Call

Plastic or silicone cups are used to create suction while moving them on the body. The suction creates a vacuum on a persons skin, or reverse pressure away from the body which pulls up on tight, deep muscle tissue. This process then releases any stagnant blood and lymph to flow freely. Once you increase your bodies circulation this way,  you also help move oxygen and nutrients to all  those tight muscles to feed them and promote healing and detox. Great for cellulite, lympatic drainage and fascia.

Dynamic Cupping and Energy Healing

Shamanic extraction is the removal of misplaced energy in the aura, sometimes called intrusions. This “intrusion”, and its presence can cause physical, mental, or emotional disorders and/or pain. 
In order to begin the shamanic extraction, the practitioner must first enter into an intense meditative state in order to connect with helping spirits in other realms who will guide them on their journey. 
Drums, Rattles, Singing and chanting can be used to connect & merge with helping spirits.

You may feel sensations, hot or cold, images or colours, and you may have emotions come up during and after. 

After the session Is over, it is important to drink water. The water seals in and grounds the work that has been done. 

We can discuss anything that comes up after the session.

This session is done remotely, and we can discuss via phone, text, or zoom.

Shamanic Extraction - Distant

Sessions are done remotely.

During a power animal retrieval, the practitioner journeys to the spirit world to meet your power animal. Once the power animal identifies itself, it will be collected, and blown into the top of the chest and crown of head.

WILL I FEEL ANYTHING DURING MY POWER ANIMAL RETRIEVAL?
Every client is different. Some feel a sense of relaxation while others feel a strong tingling throughout their body as their power is restored to them. How a person reacts to receiving their power animal energy depends on what they’ve gone through, but this is generally a gentle procedure, often ideal for children and as an intro to soul work.

ARE THERE NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS TO A POWER ANIMAL RETRIEVAL? 
When power is returned to a person, it can take time for that power to ground. Oftentimes, in order for the energy to ground,  less healthy energy resulting from old wounds (physical or emotional) must first dissipate from the body. The process of healing old wounds is similar to how we grieve where one first feels fear and anxiety that graduates to tension and anger before finally revealing and releasing the hurt that’s at the base of the wound. Once this hurt is released, the new power will ground and the client will feel renewed and peaceful.


HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR POWER ANIMAL RETRIEVAL?
Refrain from drinking alcohol and taking non-prescribed recreational drugs for at least 48 hours before your power animal retrieval appointment.
Prior to your appointment, give permission for yourself to stay open to receiving your power animal so that it may help you on your life journey.
When we’re in the midst of the retrieval, stay present. Even if you have experience with shamanic journeying, you should stay present at all times. This is your chance to relax and just breathe. If thoughts come in, just let them pass.
Pay attention to your dreams and to signs both before and after your appointment. This is often a time when we begin to see synchronicity in our lives.
Give thanks and acknowledgement to your power animal, then take time for quiet reflection. It’s only when we quiet our minds that we are able to receive message from our power animals.

Full Shamanic Healing - Distant

A soul retrieval is a powerful spiritual practice that heals soul loss. Soul loss can occur whenever we have trauma in our life. For example, we may experience soul loss if we are in an accident, undergo a serious operation or if we suddenly lose a close friend or family member.
From a shamanic perspective, soul loss is a common cause of illness. 
The shamanic practitioner enters into the non-ordinary reality with helping spirits in order to connect with lost soul parts and bring them back to the client. During this process, a soul song will be sung or hummed to help empower the client. The found soul parts will then be "blown" and sent into the clients heart and crown of head. The client will then integrate the soul parts. 
This process of integration may take days, weeks or months.

Soul Retrieval - Distant

In addition to collecting physical dirt and dust, our homes collect energetic debris and cleaning your home should include regularly cleansing your house of unwanted energies and entities.

This is done remotely from my healing space. By journeying with my spiritual guides, we enter your home at the level of non-ordinary reality. Then, following my sprits instruction and wisdom, we go through the house and carefully eliminate any energies that are not serving you, & that should not be there.

I may request a picture or video of the space.

Distant Shamanic Space Clearing

Shamanic Divination is the process of gathering information from spirit through drumming or rattling.

The practitioner can then gain information for the client. The information gained may be images, sensations or feelings, and will be interpreted as best as it can be. Sometimes the information received may not resonate at the moment, but will resonate later on. It's important to allow yourself to be open to receive.

Are you uncertain something in your life, and would like guidance?
Do you need more direction about a particular issue?

The session can look like connecting via text, phone, or zoom and receiving questions that you may want to bring forward. I recommend 3-5 depending on the time scheduled for the session.
I will go into the divination journey, on my own, in my space, and when I'm done, I can write up a summary of what I've received. We can connect via phone, or zoom if you wish, or I can send an email/text.

Reiki Energy Healing

“There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.”

They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. 

For example; every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called “money.”

There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named.

Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life just by touching it. Add in touching another Bar and you not only get the “issues” from the first Bar, you also begin clearing the “issues” stored in that second Bar. As well you clear all the points of view about those two Bars in relation to each other, allowing for exponential change.

This will be a class focusing on deepening your Reiki skills. You will be learning the sacred symbols, working in the mental/emotional layers, as well as distant healing.

Reiki Level 1, also known as First Degree Reiki, focuses on self-healing and learning how to heal others through hands-on techniques.

In this level, practitioners are introduced to the basics of Reiki energy, learning to channel the energy through their hands to promote physical and emotional well-being.

This level is all about physical healing and starting to develop the ability to sense and direct energy for well-being. It serves as the foundation for further Reiki training.

You find a quiet space where you can relax, we meet on zoom, or through text and I can tune into your energy, remove blockages, send energy where needed, and you can also be an active participant if you’d like. 

We can scan your energy body, and pick up on things that might be hiding, and bring awareness to them, which will help release them.

At then end of the session, a card is pulled for you to move on with your day.

Virtual Somatic Therapy

A combination of Reiki and Shamanic Distant healing. You  can find a space to relax in your space, and a remote session will be provided.

Remote Distant Reiki or Shamanic Healing

A link will be sent to you via Zoom before our appointment time.
We will connect and talk about some issues or areas of concern.
You will be guided into a relaxation with some of your own music, and I will place my mic on mute, so I can connect to the helping spirits, and be guided with the healing.
