Virtual Self-Massage Therapy Ball Session (via Zoom)

This one-on-one virtual session guides you in using therapy balls to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system—all from the comfort of your own space. These sessions are tailored specifically to your body and needs, and can be combined with your Massage Therapy benefits following an initial assessment. 

Once you book, a Zoom link will be sent for your scheduled appointment. During the session, we’ll connect and discuss your areas of concern, then I’ll guide you step-by-step through techniques tailored to your body and needs.

You’ll learn how to safely and effectively use therapy balls on yourself to target high-tension areas, loosen fascia, and enhance overall well-being.

What to prepare:

Comfortable, loose clothing

A quiet space and yoga mat

A fairly empty stomach for optimal comfort

Optional: Therapy balls can be purchased prior to your session if needed—available in various sizes and densities for different areas of the body.
