During these one on one sessions, a specific therapeutic sequence will be created specifically for you. 
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, and set up your mat in a quiet spot. It is suggested you have a fairly empty stomach for yoga.

Therapy balls are miraculous tools. They help loosen fascial tissue, and calm the nervous system.
They are made of specially designed high grip rubber and help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high-tension areas.
The therapy balls can be purchased individually or as a pair in a tote. They are available in different sizes and densities to help target different areas.
