Virtual Reiki Energy Healing
Description
A link will be sent to you via Zoom before our appointment time. We will connect and talk about some issues or areas of concern. You will be guided into a relaxation with some of your own music, and I will place my mic on mute, so I can connect to the helping spirits, and be guided with the healing. You may feel sensations, hot or cold, images or colours, and you may have emotions come up during and after. After the session Is over, I will guide you back and ask you to drink some water. We can discuss anything that comes up after the session. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and pain relief that also promotes healing. Reiki sent through distance healing, as there is no time space in the spirit world. Traditionally it has been used as a very gentle yet effective way to relieve physical and emotional pain and to promote spiritual clarity. Reiki also speeds the healing process and balances the body's energy. Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels by restoring the lost balance between the mind, body and spirit.
