Our bodies hold physical tension and emotional imprints that are often linked to the way we think and feel—patterns that cannot always be resolved by the mind alone. Through Somatic Therapy, we bring awareness to these deeper layers. Once an emotion or sensation is acknowledged, we can work with it—either releasing it or discovering how it may be serving your higher good. Sessions are done remotely, distant energy healing may be included (optional) to support release, balance, and integration—while you remain an active participant in your own healing journey.
