This will practice will be focused on Relaxation & Body Awareness. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on long-held passive poses to target the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Yin poses are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes (sometimes longer) to allow the body to open and release tension at a deeper level. Yin Yoga is ideal for those seeking a meditative, restorative, and deep stretching practice, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is often used to counterbalance the fast-paced nature of modern life and to allow for relaxation and release of tension.
