This is a first time session. An intake will be sent to you to fill out prior to the session. A combo of Indie Head Massage & Energy Healing. This is a relaxing session. Indie Head Massage is form of massage that focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face (optional). It is an ancient practice that began in India over 5000 years ago. It is based on Ayurveda and traditional Hindu medicine. After the Indie Head Massage is done, energy healing is channeled, as well as singing bowl and palo santo smudge to cleanse the energy. Optional: Warm coconut oil can be applied to hair and scalp at the end of the session. The benefits include: Improved Circulation and oxygen to the brain Calms and revitalizes the spirit Relaxes tense muscles Helps to dissipate mental tiredness, stress and depression resulting in greater awareness, concentration and clearer thinking.
