Once you book a session, a link will be sent to you via Zoom for our appointment time.
A private yoga session is catered to your needs. We discuss what you are looking for and the class is structured for you.
You can ask as many questions as you like
During a session, I may incorporate guided meditation, reiki, singing bowls. Please indicate if you are comfortable with these tools.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, and set up your mat in a quiet spot. It is suggested you have a fairly empty stomach for yoga.
Please book 60 min for Initial Session.
