Somatic Therapy is a  modality that helps you connect with your body and become more conscious of how you breathe, move and speak and how your body holds physical tensions related to the way you think and feel. This helps you get to deeper rooted emotional and thought patterns that are not often resolved on the level of the mind alone. 
Once you are aware of a particular emotion, we can work with it to release it or find out if it is serving your higher good.

Indie Head Massage ​is form of massage that focuses on the face, neck, scalp, shoulders, and upper back. It is an ancient practice that began in India over 5000 years ago. It is based on Ayurveda and traditional Hindu medicine. After the Indie Head Massage is done, energy healing is channeled, as well as singing bowl and palo santo smudge to cleanse the energy.

Optional: Warm coconut oil can be applied to hair and scalp at the end of the session.
