Reiki Level 1, also known as First Degree Reiki, focuses on self-healing and learning how to heal others through hands-on techniques.

In this level, practitioners are introduced to the basics of Reiki energy, learning to channel the energy through their hands to promote physical and emotional well-being.

This level is all about physical healing and starting to develop the ability to sense and direct energy for well-being. It serves as the foundation for further Reiki training.

Reiki level 1 is for:

Anyone interested in practicing mindfulness meditation

Anyone struggling with an illness or challenging life situation who needs complementary healing

Anyone wishing to support a loved one who is ill or in need of loving care

Anyone from any religious, cultural or spiritual background who wants to heal and feel better

Body workers, Yoga teachers, Health care providers



We will be covering the hand positions, The Reiki Principles, Grounding, centering & shielding, Byosen scanning, Introduction to Chakras & Sensing different types of energies, as well as Intro to Spirit Guides.


You will receive a Level 1 attunement and a Certificate at the end of the course.

Participation is required to receive certificate.
